Endura was founded as a manufacturing company and has always been directly involved with in-house manufacture of clothing at our own facility in Livingston, Scotland.

This ethos continues to this day and we manufacture all our custom clothing in-house, with plans to further increase production and focus on cutting-edge cycling and triathlon kit for clubs and production of kit for leading professional cycle teams that Endura sponsors.

Endura’s production facility incorporates the latest technology in CAD design, digital sublimation printing, laser cutting, automatic ceramic blade cutting and seamless ultrasonic welding/cutting and we continue to invest in the latest production technologies, while most other brands source all product through vendors overseas.

In 2014 Endura became clothing sponsor for the UCI top ranking Movistar Team with all team clothing being made in our Scottish manufacturing plant. The clothing specification that we supply to Movistar is now available to clubs under the “WT” range. Garments are made on the same production lines and to the same specification as the kit we produce for the pro riders.

At the core of the Endura aero development program is an exclusive cooperation with Drag2Zero (world leaders in aerodynamics) based at the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 wind tunnel. This is supplemented by intensive testing by Movistar Team on the road in training and racing. Whilst the development process has involved computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling, the largest gains have been made through extensive wind tunnel testing on many dozens of prototypes combined with feedback and verification from Movistar’s riders and the some of the world's most succesful triathletes.

We continually strive to develop and innovate in order to provide our customers with the best custom clothing available anywhere.
