We work in collaboration with some of the world’s best gravity riders and racers and use cutting edge tech from D3O and Koroyd to reduce impacts from the falls that are inevitable when you’re pushing your riding to the limit.
We first brought game changing Koroyd technology into our range in 2017 with the MT500 Helmet, marking a step up in helmet safety levels. We now bring the benefits of Koroyd to the burlier end of the MTB market with the all new MT500 Full Face Helmet. It’s the first to use the advanced energy absorption offered by Koroyd® technology in a full face MTB helmet for enduro, downhill and bike park riders
Safety needn’t come at the expense of comfort and by using large vents and an air intake zone as well as fast wicking padding means that this is a lid that doesn’t have to be removed when the trail heads upwards. The full Koroyd® core produces an unbelievably light, fully DH certified full face which boasts a unique chinbar construction built around an internal skeleton, providing strength without excessive weight.

We’ve been working closely with the first family of DH to develop new protectors and protective garments that use the latest D3O inserts and have made the MT500 Hard Shell Knee Pad and the MT500 Lite Knee Pads for gnarly times when the trails get steep and the trees get that little bit closer.
A custom moulded hard-shell protects from sharp impacts, and the D3O insert provides lightweight, breathable, shock absorbing protection, while the extended side PU foam padding gives lateral impact protection. MT500 Lite Pads provides lightweight, certified MTB protection with D30 technology. The LP1 Protector used in the MT500 Lite Knee Pad is lightweight, low-profile and is soft and flexible but with D30’s legendary new-Newtonian mad science to protect you when you need it.
We’ve added tough but flexible D3O inserts to the hips, lower leg and tailbone areas of the MT500 Protector Undershort too. Perfectly integrating with our Clickfast system, they’ll pair up with our MT500 Burner Pants and Shorts for race ready wear.
