I wore them today, and they were brilliant. I had never had Knee pads before, but I tried a few. It didn't take long before I didn't feel them; they stayed in place the whole day. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn't crash, but I bashed my knee a few times, and it didn't hurt, so I would say they are pretty good. However, if you are a pro and have big crashes, then I would maybe get something harder.

This is the first pair of D3 pads I have had and have been very pleasantly surprised by just how flexible they are.  I have used light weight pads with normal foam before but these Ghost pads are far bette for comfort and breathability.  Would highly recommend using these.

Once you get the size right that’s are snug, comfy and stay out but …. Check 3 times which size you need as the chart isn’t particularly clear, well not to this old brain anyway !

I decided a long time back that I'd wear some form of knee protection regardless of what I'm riding. It's all to easy to become complacent with your local trails, become unstuck as such and end up dabbing a knee with the ground. So I was in the market for some lightweight knee protection that I could wear all day and not be aware of them, only when it mattered. Judging by the description, these Ghost knee pads were exactly what I was looking for as they feature a slim D30 insert. So I ordered some, and they were exactly what I was looking for! I've used them on a few 4+ hour rides in the summer and they are super comfortable. I need to get a second pair now as my partner has pretty much stolen them for me as she loves them too!
