I wore them today, and they were brilliant. I had never had Knee pads before, but I tried a few. It didn't take long before I didn't feel them; they stayed in place the whole day. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn't crash, but I bashed my knee a few times, and it didn't hurt, so I would say they are pretty good. However, if you are a pro and have big crashes, then I would maybe get something harder.

This is the first pair of D3 pads I have had and have been very pleasantly surprised by just how flexible they are. I have used light weight pads with normal foam before but these Ghost pads are far bette for comfort and breathability. Would highly recommend using these.
